The Opportunity
We are growing! As part of our ambitious plans, we are looking for a passionate, driven, and professional Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced recruiter or someone with a background in food/FMCG manufacturing looking to transition into recruitment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement.
* Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients across the food, drinks, and FMCG manufacturing sectors.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client briefs.
* Manage job postings and candidate databases.
* Provide a high level of service, offering advice and support to both clients and candidates.
* Hit individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
* Keep up to date with market trends and contribute to company growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), or strong experience in food/drinks/FMCG manufacturing and a desire to move into recruitment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and resilient approach to work.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* A genuine passion for people and building lasting relationships.
* Commercial awareness and confidence in a sales environment.
