Location: Aberdeen, city centre (brand new office!)
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 depending on experience, plus monthly commission
Hours: Full-time M-F
My client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to join their Aberdeen operation and pick up on a hot desk with over 100 temps out each week!
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting into either the Industrial, Manufacturing, Security, Construction or Logistics sectors. To be a success here you'll possess a positive attitude towards business development, demonstrate tenacity in overcoming challenges, exude enthusiasm and energy, and possess a strong likeability factor for building rapport with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities as well as upsell on existing accounts, maximising opportunity on current desk
Fill bookings with the correct skill set, ensuring tickets are verified and checked and risk is eliminated for clients
Attend client meetings on site to further build rapport with clients
Chase timesheets on a weekly basis, ensuring all are in to avoid delayed payment/invoicing
Credit control, chase outstanding invoices where required
Develop a deep understanding and passion for your specialist sector
Consistency: Execute daily tasks consistently. Recognise that consistency is the key to success
Remain calm under pressure and while problem solvingWhat's in it for you:
