Recruitment Consultant – Wombwell
Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per year + uncapped bonus
Location: CSP Recruitment, Wombwell
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm or 8am–4pm (flexibility required)
On-Call: Rota-based, part of a 24-hour operation

The Role:

Manage the full 360° recruitment process for temporary roles
*
Source, screen and place high-quality candidates
*
Build and maintain strong client relationships
*
Meet targets and KPIs
*
Work closely with clients and candidates to ensure the right match
*
Participate in the on-call rota to support a 24-hour operation
About You:

Previous experience in the recruitment industry
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Career-focused and self-motivated
*
Able to thrive under pressure
*
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
*
Full UK driving licence (required)
