Job Description
Venture Placements is working exclusively with a well-established IT recruitment agency based in Derby to recruit a Recruitment Consultant. We’re seeking either an experienced IT recruiter or a proven recruitment consultant from another sector keen to transition into IT.
The Role
*
Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement
*
Business development via outbound sales and client meetings
*
Relationship management across specialist IT markets
*
Negotiation of terms to ensure sustainable, mutually beneficial partnerships
*
Candidate sourcing, talent pooling, and database management using Bullhorn CRM
*
Delivering outstanding client and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience in 360° recruitment (IT sector preferred but not essential)
*
Proven track record in new business development and cold calling
*
Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills
*
Confident in using MS Office, LinkedIn, and CRM systems
*
Full UK driving license (preferred)
