Job Description
We have lots of exciting opportunities for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants & Business Managers, to work across a multitude of blue and white collar specialist sectors in Derby.
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Manager you will be responsible for further developing an already established and very successful division. This role is suitable for a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Manager who can pick up the reins on a hot desk as the company expands.
As an experienced Manager / Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:-
Build relationships with clients and account manage multiple clients
Be a natural communicator and experienced in dealing with candidates.
Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
Provide exceptional customer service to candidate and clients over the telephone and face to face
Be results driven with a proven ability to succeed in a highly competitive marketplace
Possess a strong business and commercial acumen
We re offering the Senior Recruitment Consultant / Manager :-
A basic of up to £40k (& potentially more doe)
