Recruitment Consultant   Location: Camberley, Surrey Salary: Generous basic salary with commission up to 30% with no caps or thresholds Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexible hours between 8am-6pm Monday-Thursday, and a 3pm finish on a Friday   Owen Daniels Consultancy is a leading Engineering & Manufacturing recruitment consultancy with the head office in Surrey and new offices in Cheltenham and Birmingham. Founded in 2011, we specialise in providing bespoke recruitment solutions to businesses across the UK. Due to continued success and growth, we are looking to expand our recruitment team in Camberley.   We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for working within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, growing and developing relationships with customers and sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies.    Your job is to support the business by sourcing talent for a variety of positions for a range of different customers across the UK. The primary responsibility of your position will be to provide our services to businesses and candidates across the UK, negotiating terms of business, securing long term partnerships and sourcing the best talent for our clients.   Skills Aptitude: Experience recruiting within the STEM/Engineering sector Well-versed carrying out a range of business development activities Confident sourcing candidates for a multitude of vacancies Highly organised and able to work to strict deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team player with an ability to multitask and take initiative Proactive and a self- starter  Duties Build, maintain and grow long term relationships with clients and candidates to ensure delivery of a streamlined service Identify, secure, and develop new business opportunities Building a strong rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process Act as an ambassador through interaction with any clients and candidates Provide an excellent customer/candidate relationship experience To support the resourcing team with expertise in best candidate attraction methods   Package Flexible/Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home Commission up to 30% - no caps or thresholds 3pm finish on Fridays Health Care Life Insurance Quarterly lunch clubs and annual target incentives Birthday and Christmas off Enhanced Pension Excellent training provided both internally and externally
