What You’ll Be Doing
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of your desk, supported by a knowledgeable and collaborative team. Your role will include:
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to servicing
* Developing strong, trust-based relationships with clients and candidates
* Growing your desk through proactive business development and outbound sales
* Matching top-tier talent to urgent and ongoing healthcare roles
* Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and company procedures
* Upselling services and identifying new business opportunities
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in recruitment — ideally in the healthcare/nursing sector
* A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about delivering results
* Able to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team
* Familiarity with recruitment CRMs, databases, and sourcing platforms
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves a challenge
