We are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our growing workforce and ensuring excellence in HR administration and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support across the full HR function
*
Support recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and issuing contracts
*
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (e.g., starters, leavers, absences)
*
Assist with onboarding and induction for new starters
*
Support with compliance checks including DBS, right to work, and referencing
*
Assist with training coordination and performance review processes
*
Respond to employee queries and escalate issues appropriately
*
Support wider HR projects and initiatives as needed
About You:
*
Previous experience in an HR or recruitment administrative role (preferred but not essential)
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR software
*
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
*
A team player with a proactive and flexible approach
