Recruitment Resourcer – Full Training Provided
Nottingham
Up to £25,000 + Commission + Career Progression

Key Responsibilities
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial telephone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Assist with drafting and posting job adverts in line with business needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage candidate communications.
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g. CV databases, LinkedIn).
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of the food manufacturing sector is a strong advantage but not essential.
