Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of our residential care operations and the well-being of the individuals we serve. Key Responsibilities: * Relationship Building: * Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards, and other relevant agencies responsible for referring individuals to residential care. * Serve as the primary point of contact for LAs and ICBs, providing information about our care services, capabilities, and availability. * Regularly engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements for placement. Referral Generation: * Develop and implement strategies to increase referrals from Local Authorities and Integrated Care Boards, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. * Actively identify opportunities to expand our network of referral partners and strengthen existing relationships. * Stay informed about local market trends, regulatory changes, and community needs that may impact referral opportunities. Placement Coordination: * Collaborate with our admissions team and care managers to facilitate the placement process for referred individuals. * Ensure timely communication and coordination with referring agencies, individuals, and their families throughout the placement process. * Coordinate assessments, tours, and other activities to support the admission of individuals into our residential care facilities. Compliance and Documentation: * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual agreements, and internal policies related to referrals and admissions. * Maintain accurate records of referral activities, including lead sources, communications, and outcomes. * Prepare and submit required documentation to LAs, ICBs, and other relevant authorities as needed. Performance Analysis: * Monitor referral performance metrics, such as referral volume, conversion rates, and occupancy levels. * Analyze data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of referral strategies, and make recommendations for improvement. * Prepare regular reports and presentations on referral program performance for management review. Qualifications: * Proven experience in referral management, business development, or related roles within the healthcare or social services sector, preferably in residential care. * Strong understanding of the residential care sector, including funding mechanisms, and referral processes. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools for lead management and analysis. * Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to serving the needs of individuals requiring residential care
