Are you a passionate leader ready to transform lives? As a Regional Manager, you'll oversee Outreach and Supported Housing services across Exeter, Weymouth, and parts of Somerset, empowering Service Managers to deliver exceptional support to people experiencing homelessness.
What You'll Do
Lead and inspire Service Managers to drive continuous improvement.
Manage daily operations, ensuring high-quality, accountable services.
Use data to monitor performance and implement strategic improvements.
Provide senior on-call support as part of the rota.
Build strong partnerships with staff, stakeholders, and agencies.
What We're Looking For
Valid UK driving licence and vehicle access with business insurance.
Experience managing multi-site teams and services.
Understanding of homelessness and related complex needs.
