M&P Survey is currently looking for a Regional Van Driver to come and join our team based at our main office in Ellesmere Port. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary from £26,000 per annum.

About the Regional Van Driver role:
The role is for a Pro Active delivery driver to support our rapidly growing hire, sales and service business. The primary focus is around the regional delivery and collection of our core product offerings; however, it is our intention that the right candidate has the personality and skills to include basic sales and lead generation and offer a supporting role to our sales team which could offer a path for career development in the future.
There is no doubt that this will be a challenging position both maintaining and supporting new business, however, you will be working with the market leading brand from a company whose reputation in the industry is second to none within the geographical area.
Key responsibilities as our Regional Van Driver will include:
Carrying out planned day / route in an efficient and timely manner in line with the requirements of the business.
Ensuring that all equipment for the day is present, correct and loaded into the vehicle in a safe manner and line with the company’s manual handling policies.
Ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy by carrying out daily checks an its equipment and fittings.
Ensuring the vehicle maintained correctly and is in a clean, presentable condition at all times.
To be polite and smartly presented all times as a representation of M&P Survey
Maintaining staff uniform and PPE to be compliant with both H&S and company policies.
Ensuring driving is within the rules and regulations as set out in the Highway Code and company policies.
What we’re looking for in our Regional Van Driver:
To acquire basic knowledge concerning the company’s range of products and services.
To apply the above knowledge in relation to potential opportunities.
No driving disqualifications within the last 5 years.
No more than 3 points currently on your driving license
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Good presentation skills
The ability and confidence to use initiative and common sense
Team oriented – ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
Flexibility to adapt to the unexpected
Basic geographical knowledge of the Northwest
