The Opportunity
An outstanding grammar school in Burnham is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Religious Education Teacher to join its high-performing Humanities Faculty from September 2025. The successful candidate will teach RE from Key Stage 3 through to A-Level, helping students engage with theology, ethics, and philosophy through thoughtful and academically rigorous lessons.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring:

A strong academic background with a good Honours degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, or a related discipline
*
A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE with QTS or equivalent)
*
Experience teaching Religious Education at KS3–KS5, ideally including A-Level Philosophy or Ethics
*
Excellent subject knowledge, a love for teaching, and a commitment to fostering high achievement
*
Strong classroom management and communication skills
