Job Description
Job Title: Repair Centre Re-plug Engineer
Location: Corby
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - overtime available
Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Repair Centre Re-plug Engineer to join our established client in Corby.
The main purpose of the role is to carry out re-plugging and testing of appliances.
Job Specification:
To carry out Re - Plugging and safety testing of appliances
Accurate completion & record keeping of Re-plug / inspection / repair data
Perform all other duties as reasonably required that are consistent with both training and experience
Maintain effective working relationships
As team member, to contribute to overall success of team and the Company goals by maintaining regular attendance, punctuality, focus and professionalism at all times
Maintain tidy work area and report any health and safety issues to your Line Manager
Accurate recording of parts usage & stock levels
To carry out quality control inspections / modifications as and when required on new stock
Attend all training courses supplied internally and externally, classroom & online courses
Ensure that all online training is completed within the assigned timescale
Disposing of appliances and unused material.
Person Specification:
Must be able to work unsupervised
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated
Flexible working attitude
