Repairs Manager – Social Housing
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year
Additional Perks: £3,000 car allowance, laptop, mobile phone

This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong commercial awareness and a passion for excellent customer service. You’ll manage supervisors and surveyors, optimise service delivery, ensure compliance, and contribute to broader strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee emergency, routine, and out-of-hours repairs
* Lead and develop the repairs team, including external contractors
* Manage budgets, KPIs, and service improvement strategies
* Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient operations
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
* Oversee fleet management, supply chain, and contractor relationships
* Support long-term planning and business development
