We're currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a well-established contractor delivering refurbishment works across high-rise buildings and void properties in the Leicester area. This is a key role focused on supporting tenants and ensuring smooth delivery of works on a long-term planned maintenance programme
Location: Leicester, LE1
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Contract: 2-year contract
Rate: £16 - £18 per hour (via umbrella)
Key Responsibilities:
Be the main point of contact for residents throughout the works
Provide clear, timely updates on project progress and access requirements
Schedule and coordinate appointments for contractors and residents
Address and resolve resident concerns professionally and empathetically
Maintain detailed records of contact, access arrangements, and feedback
Support community engagement and encourage positive resident relationsRequirements:
Previous experience in a Resident Liaison, Tenant Liaison, or similar housing-focused role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence
