Residential Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home
Location: LE7, Leicestershire
Salary: £12.80 – £13.75 per hour
Hours: Full time – 40 hours per week (shift pattern: 1 shift on, 2 shifts off)

We are recruiting Residential Support Workers for a well-established 3-bed children’s home in LE7, Leicestershire, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is the first home of a growing, child-focused company that offers genuine opportunities for training, development, and progression.
You’ll work on a 1 on / 2 off shift pattern (40 hours per week), providing consistent, high-quality care to help young people feel safe, supported, and heard.

Who We’re Looking For:

* Willingness to complete or work towards the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
