we are looking for a full time Residential Conveyancer for our lovely Client based in Birmingham.
You will be managing a high volume caseload of residential property sales. You will need to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, 3rd parties, customers and colleagues by phone and in writing, within tight deadlines.
We are looking for
Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
We are looking for someone who is between 2 – 3 Years PQE and has experience of managing your own caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to post completion
· A team player who is also independent
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Self-motivated with a positive outlook
· Enthusiastic and committed
· Approachable, well presented and professional
· A client following is preferred but not essential
