Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive
Bedford, Bedfordshire with Hybrid/remote options available
Up to £60,000 PA
Are you an experienced residential conveyancing professional looking to take the next step in your residential conveyancing legal career? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join a thriving Residential Conveyancing Department.
The role of Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive:
Reporting directly to the Head of Conveyancing, you'll be handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions. This includes:
Freehold and Leasehold transactions
Sales and Purchases
Re-mortgages
Shared Ownership Schemes
Right to Buy
Transfers of Equity
Lease Extensions
What we’re looking for in a Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive:
At least 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
Strong client care skills and a commitment to delivering professional legal advice
Excellent communication and drafting skills
Proven ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
Effective business development and marketing acumen
Strong IT skills and ideally experience with case management systems
A track record of achieving billing targets and deadlines
