Residential Support Worker Contract type: Permanent Hours: Full Time Salary: £31,118 - £31,784 (inclusive of sleep-ins) Location: Swindon One of our clients are looking for a Residential Support Worker to join their Children’s Home based in Swindon Responsibilities: To work in a small team in order to support and implement the development of the children’s home. To enhance and effect change to the good of all children with whom they work by acquiring the necessary skills through their own training and development To ensure the young people’s needs are recognised and met To exercise responsible control over the children to ensure their safety and well being and assist them in developing acceptable hygiene and behaviour To develop and maintain good working relationships with parents, social workers, schools and other professionals concerned with the welfare of the young people Requirements: Experience within residential support in a children’s setting Valid driving license
