End Date: 12/08/2025
Location: Hybrid ( Newcastle )
Contract Type: Temporary (3 months, with potential to extend)
Working Hours: Full-time, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM, Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Hourly rate: 13.33/hr
Travel: Occasional travel for meetings
Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on skills and experience (paid weekly via recruitment agency; timesheets required)
About the Role
This role will support the Frontline Hub, which is divided into Soft Services and Central Functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative and coordination tasks, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll be working closely with one RBP (Resourcing Business Partner) and an additional coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Basic sifting of candidates/applications
Interview scheduling
Customer service and communication via email, phone and text.
Updating trackers and the recruitment system
Administrative support (full training provided)
Basic reporting - pulling data from systems
Supporting central functions and soft services within the soft services, domestic and security hubRequirements
Essential
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
Comfortable using computer systems and navigating recruitment tools
Confident engaging with candidates and vendors via email and telephone
Strong time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Reliable, ethical, and proactive
Able to handle high volumes of workDesirable
Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination
Experience working in a high-paced administrative or customer service environment
