Job Description
We are recruiting for a motivated and detail-oriented Resourcer to join our team. We specialise in providing SEN teaching and support staff to schools, colleges and local authorities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience of social media platforms to include Facebook and LinkedIn. Whilst experience in a similar role is preferred, it is not essential as we value the right skill set and attitude for this important role.
Key responsibilities:
• Source candidates from various job boards
• Promote candidate attraction to include candidate referrals & social media etc
• Manage the company database updating candidate records
• Assist with DBS applications
• Ensure candidate compliance
• Communication with candidates and clients by phone and email
• Building relationships with schools, colleges, and local authorities
Skills & Qualifications:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisation and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• To work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable
