Job Description
Mayfield Recruitment is a dynamic and growing recruitment agency dedicated to providing exceptional Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching and support staff to schools, colleges, and local authorities. We are committed to making a positive impact on the educational experiences of students with SEN.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Resourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and orgnaisational skills, with experience of social media to include Facebook and LinkedIn. Although experience in a recruitment office is preferred, it is not essential as we understand the right skill set and attitude for this important role will add real value to our business.
Key responsibilities:
* Source candidates from various job boards
* Promote candidate attraction via candidate referrals & social media
* Manage the company database updating candidate records
* Assist with DBS applications
* Compliance of candidates
* Daily communication with candidates and clients by phone and email
* Building relationships with schools, colleges, and local authorities
Skills & Qualifications:
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Organisation and time management abilities
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to use recruitment software and databases
* Basic understanding of employment law and regulations
* To work independently and as part of a team.
