Near Hinckley
£36,000-£40,000
45 hours per week (4 week days and alternate weekend days)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide our team. Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
* Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
