Your daily responsibilities:
Oversee F&B operations.
Drive sales and profitability through effective operational management.
Manage FOH team through coaching and motivation.
Organise Rotas and team development sessions.
H&S compliance regulations.
Strategize to improve service.
You are great for this role if you have:
Understanding of F&B operations
Strong IT skills and understanding of EPOS systems
Experience in a fast-paced environment as a Restaurant Manager
Natural leader and excellent communication skills
Maintain a professional posture when under pressure
Flexibility in working hours and days
