Care Manager – Children & Young Adults’ Activity-Based Service Chester £41,000 – £56,000 per year Full-Time Permanent £1,000 Welcome Bonus | Purpose-Built Outdoor Setting | Therapeutic, Activity-Based Care Are you an experienced care leader looking for a role that combines creativity, outdoor activities, and therapeutic support? This provider is hiring a Care Manager to lead their specialist service for children, young people, and adults with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and Emotional or Behavioural Needs. You’ll be based at our purpose-built site in Chester, featuring modern lodges set in open green space—perfect for sensory engagement and nature-based care.
