Job Description
We are seeking a Roofing Supervisor to join a growing contractor, covering the areas of Bournemouth, Poole and Dorchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career, overseeing a small, skilled team delivering repairs and planned maintenance works on social housing contracts.
As Roofing Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with health and safety regulations.
The successful Roofing Supervisor will receive the below:

As a Roofing Supervisor you will be required to:
Supervise a small team of roofers, bricklayers, and general operatives
Oversee a number of sites across Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding areas.
Ensure all works are completed on time and to the required quality
Manage health and safety compliance across sites
Order materials and manage stock levels
Act as a key point of contact between the team and management
Monitor progress and addressing any site issues swiftly and efficiently
We want to speak to candidates that have:
Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role
Background/ qualification in roofing
Knowledge of social housing repair and maintenance contracts
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive and hands-on approach
Full UK driving licence
