Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Deputy Room Leader to join our Pre-school team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified early years professional with a minimum of 2 years’ recent experience working in a day nursery setting.
Hours:
You will work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern:

7:30am – 4:30pm
*
8:00am – 5:00pm
*
9:30am – 6:30pm
Key Requirements:
*
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
*
At least 2 years of recent experience in a nursery or pre-school setting
*
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
*
Ability to lead, inspire and support a team
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
A passion for providing high-quality care and education to young children
