Job Description
Salaried GP – 6 Sessions | £11K per Session | Rural Practice – North Devon
We are working with a well-regarded rural GP surgery in North Devon that is looking to welcome a confident and motivated Salaried GP to its friendly team. This is a 6-session position (Monday, Tuesday, Friday), ideal for a doctor seeking autonomy, a relaxed coastal lifestyle, and a genuine opportunity to make an impact in a close-knit community.

Sessions: 6 per week (Mon, Tue, Fri)

Times: 9:00–12:30 & 14:00–18:00

Salary: £11,000 per session (£66,000 per annum for 6 sessions)

About the Practice
*
Patient list of 3,000
*
Predominantly elderly population
*
Triage followed by face-to-face and telephone consultations
*
15–20 patient contacts per session
*
1–2 home visits per week
*
Responsible for 2 local care homes
*
Active training practice, part of a 5-practice PCN
*
On-site parking available
Team Structure

1 Senior GP Partner
*
1 Non-clinical Partner
*
1 ANP, 1 Practice Nurse, 1 HCA

3 Dispensers, 3 Receptionists, 1 Secretary
What They’re Looking For
The practice is seeking a GP who is confident working independently, enjoys rural medicine, and is comfortable managing elderly patients. Support is available for newly qualified GPs or those looking to develop a special interest.
