Your Impact Strategic Lead Generation: Develop and qualify high-value opportunities within retail and adjacent sectors End-to-End Sales Leadership: Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to contract closure Revenue Acceleration: Consistently exceed new business targets by securing deals that drive digital transformation Client-Centric Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft tailored sales approaches and compelling value propositions Executive Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate trusted partnerships with senior decision-makers and C-suite executives Consultative Solution Selling: Partner with solutions specialists to design and present customised, high-impact proposals Complex Deal Navigation: Confidently structure and negotiate sophisticated agreements that deliver mutual value Pipeline Management: Maintain precise forecasting with a well-qualified, accurately staged sales pipeline Market Expansion: Spearhead our growth across the retail sector and broader digital CX marketplaceYour Expertise Proven success in B2B sales within digital services, CX technology, SaaS, or transformation consulting Demonstrated ability to close high-value, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals Working for a BPO would also be desirable Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex business challenges into compelling solution narratives Deep understanding of customer experience ecosystems and the technologies driving innovation—including CRM, automation, and omnichannel service delivery Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with the resilience to exceed ambitious targets
