On-site | Full-Time | Northwood, Watford (WD18 9RF)
Salary: £29,000 – £32,000
Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Aspect Gate, Northwood, Watford WD18 9RF (Free on-site parking)

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join a dynamic, friendly team at a well-established manufacturer of acoustic products. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping the sales operation running smoothly while liaising across departments to ensure excellent customer service.
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll ensure smooth operations by:
* Responding to customer and supplier inquiries promptly
* Managing the sales order process with precision
* Liaising with production and design to keep projects on track
* Improving processes and workflows
* Issuing invoices and assisting with credit control
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with:
* A knack for building relationships and providing stellar customer service
