The Role:
As Sales Administrator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the sales office, acting as a key point of contact between internal teams and clients. This is a varied and fast-paced role that would suit someone with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining customer records and updating the CRM system
* Coordinating with internal departments including logistics, finance, and account management
* Assisting with the preparation of quotes, contracts, and sales reports
* Managing customer queries via phone and email
* Supporting the wider sales team with general administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in a sales support or administration role
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
* Able to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* A team player with a proactive and professional approach
