Sales Administrator
Location: Shefford
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Type: Permanent, Full time, Office Based
Are you a highly organised individual with a knack for multitasking and an exceptional eye for detail? We are seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in Shefford.
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring administrative tasks are executed efficiently while supporting all departments as required. You’ll interact directly with customers and suppliers, helping to maintain seamless operations and exceptional service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Process online orders, confirm details with customers, and send relevant documents.
Process purchase orders and upload details to the CRM system.
Raise/process orders and quotations, assist the sales team with follow-ups, and manage customer interactions.
Confidently handle customer service queries such as inbound calls, missed calls, voicemails, and online chats.
Support sales and accounts teams with payment chasing and processing card payments.
Aid logistics team with administrative duties, including managing pallet network and parcel orders.
Call customers for feedback and request Google Reviews where appropriate.
Oversee purchase orders, chase suppliers for delivery dates, and secure proof of deliveries.
Skills & Experience:
2 years’ proven experience in both Administration and Customer Service.
Previous experience in an inbound sales’ administrative role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in phone-based interactions.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
