Sales Administrator, Waterlooville - Maternity Cover
We are seeking an individual who is highly experienced in providing customers with outstanding service and assistance. The Role
* Responding to all email enquiries
* Provide pricing and product information to customers via email
* Updating the quotation system with client information
* Following up on enquiries and keep records of all drawings and relevant documentation.
* Professionally answering the telephone, taking all messages and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
* Ensure that all customer enquiries received by all methods are dealt with efficiently
* Matching invoices with delivery notes and checking order totals
The Person
Were looking for a passionate and organised individual, who is an excellent communicator with a great eye for detail. Knowledge and experience in order processing and customer service are essential for this role. You should also have an understanding of Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.

Benefits:
* Salary up to £28,000 (depending on experience)
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays plus a day off for your birthday
* Free on-site parking
* Hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm and 9.00 to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
* Early finish on a Friday (1 in 4 ) and subject to business needs
