We are looking for a Insurance Sales Advisor to join our small, friendly team in Taunton. This is an exciting opportunity to enter the insurance industry with full training and career development provided. Key Responsibilities:
Advise customers on a range of insurance products, including home, motor, and potentially business insurance.
Understand clients' needs and guide them through their insurance options.
Prepare quotations and assist with policy applications.
Manage client records, update systems, and ensure accurate documentation.
Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Learn sales techniques and industry regulations through training.
Assist with renewals, amendments, and claims processing.
Shadow senior consultants and develop cross-selling & up-selling skills.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Any other duties required by the business.

Desirable Qualifications:
No prior insurance experience required – customer service or sales experience is a plus!
Interest in pursuing professional insurance qualifications (e.g., CII Certificate in Insurance) is beneficial but not essential.
A good standard of education (e.g., GCSEs or equivalent).

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 08:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Every 2nd Saturday: 08:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Rota-based, TOIL)
