Job Description

Sales and Accounts Administrator Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire Salary: Up to £27,378 p/a Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm & 1 in 4 Saturdays, 7:30am – 11:30am We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales and Accounts Administrator to join our client’s small and friendly team based in Thirsk. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting sales order processing, customer service, purchase invoicing, and general administrative tasks. Responsibilities: * Accurately input customer orders on a daily basis * Handle incoming customer orders via phone and email * Upsell products and services where appropriate * Raise invoices and issue credits using Sage50 Accounts * Post purchase invoices * Send monthly customer statements * Allocate customer receipts * Manage day-to-day filing and general admin * Support other areas of the business as required Requirements: * Previous administration experience is preferred * Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone * Computer literate, with Microsoft Office and accounting software experience, is beneficial * Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills * Valid UK driving licence and vehicle due to remote location This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming team where your contribution will be truly valued.
