Kibworth
£30,000-£38,000 DOE + 2nd Year OTE £45,000 - £60,000 + Uncapped Commission + Monday-Friday 8:45-5pm + Flexible working week opportunity + Progression Opportunities + Modern Office + Income Protection Scheme + Holiday + Pension

The ideal candidate for this role will have graduated from university and have some Sales/Marketing experience. You should be personable and have the ability to open up business conversations with prospective clients and engage with companies over the long term.

Hold a Bachelors Degree in any subject.
1+ years' experience in a Sales/Recruitment similar.
Background in Recruitment/Sales/Marketing/Business Development encouraged to apply.
Great communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Packages
