Role: Business Development Manager – Critical Power Solutions
Location: Hybrid (Occasional HQ Visits – Gloucestershire Based)
About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within critical infrastructure environments.
Promote a full range of UPS systems, static transfer switches, and custom-engineered power solutions.
Work closely with consultants, M&E contractors, FM providers, and end-users to understand project requirements.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of long-cycle project opportunities, from enquiry to close.
Liaise with internal engineering and applications teams to deliver tailored proposals.
Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to promote solutions and build market visibility.
Report on pipeline activity and territory performance.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven success in B2B new business sales, ideally within power systems, electrical infrastructure, or energy resilience.
A natural prospector with a high-energy, results-driven approach.
Technically minded with confidence in discussing engineered solutions with consultants and contractors.
Familiarity with critical environments (data centres, hospitals, MoD, industrial facilities) is a plus.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Full UK driving licence.What’s on Offer?
Base Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
