Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a leading business based in Blantyre to recruit a proactive and detail-driven Sales Coordinator.
This exciting role plays a vital part in supporting the sales process for service and installation projects within the automated entrance systems industry. You’ll work closely with the sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure customer enquiries are managed efficiently and that quotes, orders, and communications are delivered on time and to a high standard. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment and enjoys playing a central role in keeping sales activity organised and on track.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the full sales process from initial enquiry through to order processing and handover.
* Prepare and issue customer quotes and sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
* Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure a smooth sales experience.
* Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information on pricing, timelines, and specifications.
* Maintain the CRM system with up-to-date sales activities, client communications, and pipeline updates.
* Follow up on quotes and proposals to convert them into confirmed sales.
* Assist in preparing sales reports, monitoring KPIs, and tracking performance against targets.
* Manage order acknowledgements and coordinate with the delivery and service teams to ensure deadlines are met.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or similar customer-focused administrative role.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Confident in handling customer enquiries and coordinating multiple priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or sales management systems.
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
* Previous experience in a technical, engineering, or service-based industry is advantageous but not essential.
