Job Description
Are you passionate about outdoor living and great customer service? Do you have a flair for sales and enjoy helping customers bring their dream gardens to life?
I am currently seeking a full-time sales advisor to join the amazing Outdoor living company based in Penrith
I'm looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Advisor to join their team and play a key role in growing the business as well as their culture.
What you'll do:
* Engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored outdoor living solutions.
* Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person, guiding clients through products and services.
* Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and maintain accurate customer records.
* Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Assist with showroom displays, promotional events, and marketing initiatives.
* Comfortable to handle and assist outdoors with various tasks and duties.
* Driven by targets, KPIs, progression and service excellence.
* Not deterred by weather conditions.
What I'm looking for:
* Previous sales experience, ideally within landscaping, home improvement, or luxury outdoor products.
* A customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal communication skills.
* Confidence in handling sales enquiries and closing deals.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of outdoor living trends and materials (training provided).
* A passion and drive to progress and go above and beyond expectations.

* Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience) plus annual bonus.
