The Sales Director will be working with a leading provider of logistics, transport and shipping solutions, committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to their clients.

Key responsibilities of Sales Director:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries, through developing relationships and network expansion.
Create and implement sales strategies to achieve growth goals and increase market share.
Build strong client relationships, understanding their needs to deliver effective solutions.
As a sales director you must stay update on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
Work closely with operations to ensure alignment with sales initiatives, improving customer satisfaction.
Track sales metrics, provide updates to senior management, and use data to guide strategic decisions.
Use insights from sales performance and client feedback to refine approaches.
Provide excellent service by addressing client needs and ensuring a positive experience.

Criteria for the Sales Director:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the transport and logistics industry.
Strong track record of hunting new business and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
