Sales Engineer
Tamworth
£30,000 per annum
09:00am – 17:00pm

Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sales Engineer, working within the Sales department within a well-established Manufacturing company based in Coventry. The successful candidate will receive full product and on-going training and will join a motivated sales team with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
Role responsibilities –
* For the role of Sales Engineer, you will be calculating material requirements and production costs.
* Producing quotations for customers which are clear, detailed and accurate is required for the Sales Engineer role.
* Providing and assisting colleagues on technical and engineering issues.
* For the role of Sales Engineer, you will be building relationships with customers and potential customers to understand their requirements.
* Communicating with customers to gain feedback on quotations.
* Recording all relevant sales information on our system.
Role requirements –
* Qualification(s) in mechanical engineering or a minimum of 3 years’ experience within the steel, engineering, or construction industry is required for the Sales Engineer role.
* Confident in reading and interpreting engineering CAD drawings.
* For the Sales Engineer role, AutoCAD experience would be beneficial.
* Ability to understand material grades and production methods is required for the Sales Engineer role.
* A good level of computer literacy and numeracy skills.
* Microsoft Excel conversant.
* To be organised, accurate and have an eye for detail.
* Team working and excellent communication skills.
