Job Description
Chase Taylor Recruitment have recently had the pleasure of teaming up with a successful and unique, high-end timber door company who are looking to expand their team.
We are recruiting for an experienced sales order processor/estimator who has a strong background in a similar role.
Our client installs impressive and beautiful bespoke timber doors to the domestic and commercial sectors and has been successfully trading for many years.
Role & responsibilities include:
* Carefully inspect tender documents and identify the products we supply
* Review and interpret customer requirements for bespoke door projects, such as floor plans and door schedules.
* Use the company in house CRM system to generate accurate and competitive quotations
* Qualify new potential clients, assess their needs and ensure alignment with out services
* Follow up with lapsed clients to reignite relationships and generate new opportunities
* Ensure all quotations are prepared and delivered within specified time frames
* Prepare and pack samples for delivery and ensure showroom presentation is well-maintained
* Keep all client records up to date
* Support with administration tasks and provide exceptional client hospitality
Candidates’ skills & experience:
* Have current or recent experience working within a similar role within the timber door industry
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems
* Have a high attention to detail
* Be able to read technical drawings such as CAD
