Job Description
Our client is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join their expanding company.

* Based in Leatherhead
* £25,400 salary + commission/bonus
* Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
* Alternate Saturdays

Job Description:
* Reach out to private sellers sourced from classified listings and internal databases
* Introduce and promote the company’s consignment service, clearly outlining its benefits
* Handle complaints professionally and assess the suitability of potential leads
* Schedule appraisal or consultation appointments with the in-house team
* Accurately log all communications and activities in the CRM system
* Follow up with interested parties and maintain consistent, professional communication
* Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment bookings
Person Specification:
* Background in telesales, recruitment, or outbound customer engagement is an advantage
* Confident and engaging telephone manner with strong interpersonal skills
* Resilient mindset, comfortable with outbound calling and handling rejections
* Highly motivated by targets, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
* Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
* Clear, professional communicator both verbally and in writing
* Dependable and adaptable, with availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
* Basic proficiency with computer systems and CRM software
