Job Description
Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager
Join a fast-growing company in the Sheffield area, specializing in waste management , to drive new business and manage client accounts.
Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive / Business Development Manager, you will:
* Assist in the office to send information and quotations
* Independently generate leads and close sales.
* Upsell company products while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Act as the primary contact for clients, engaging via phone and in-person meetings.
* Attend trade shows to promote products
Salary & Benefits: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, 20% bonus based on Team target, Mileage allowance, Pension
Location: Office based 3/4 days a week and 2/3 days field based - Sheffield and surrounding areas.
Hours 9am-5pm Monday – Friday
Career Opportunity:
Represent a rapidly expanding company in Sheffield, to grow their client base. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales and account management.
Focus on selling into NHS facilities, and Laboratories
Relevant Experience:
Candidates may come from industries such as B2B sales, telesales, facilities management, environmental services, or similar sectors. Previous roles may include Business Manager, BDM, Field Sales Manager, or Sales Executive.
Requirements:
You must have sold waste management services, or sold into NHS facilities, or Laboratories
UK Driving Licence
Consistent sales track record with evidence of meeting KPIs.
Stable career history with long-term employment at previous companiesBefore You Apply
