Basic Salary < £30 K + Bonus Scheme - OTE - £33,000
Onsite Role | Office-Based | Free Parking Nearby
Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join an well known, established Insurance Broker based in Poole.

What We Are Looking For:
We are actively seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our expanding team. In this role, you will develop expertise within the High-Net-Worth and Non-Standard Insurance market, while enjoying the challenge of sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
About You:
* Experience in Sales: You have a background in developing and managing relationships with clients and closing deals.
* Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy creating tailored solutions for clients, as we do not take a "one-size-fits-all" approach.
* Excellent Communication: You thrive on engaging conversations, listening attentively, and building strong client relationships.
* Customer-Focused: You have a passion for outstanding customer service and winning new clients.
* Target-Driven: You are motivated by KPI targets and business objectives.
* Tenacious & Curious: You are proactive in identifying business opportunities and seeking the best possible outcomes.
* Eager to Learn: Every day is different, and you are keen to grow your expertise.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
One Saturday per month: 09:00 – 12:30 (with half a day off in lieu)
