Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development for our Electrical Modular Solutions, targeting Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms. This is a fully remote role, and the candidate can be based anywhere in the UK or Europe, reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager for Europe. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for modular electrical solutions. * Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and EPCs across various industries. * Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and specifications. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. * Prepare and manage accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to track performance and drive sales growth. * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings, promoting our solutions effectively. * Provide ongoing client support and consultation to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. * Work closely with internal stakeholders, including engineering, production, and marketing teams, to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Key Requirements * Proven sales experience in modular construction, electrical systems, or related industries (e.g., E-Houses, Substations, or Remote Instrument Enclosures). * Strong knowledge of the OEM and EPC market landscape in the UK/Europe. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage with key decision-makers. * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative while meeting sales objectives. * Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe as required for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities. * Fluency in English is required; additional European language(s) are a plus. * Technical knowledge of electrical systems and an understanding of industry standards and regulations are advantageous
