Job Description
What’s in it for you?
* Basic salary of £24,000–£28,000 depending on experience
* Commission of approx. £5,500 per annum
* Quarterly incentive bonus totalling £2,500 per annum
* On Target Earnings (OTE) of £36,000 per annum
* 24 days holiday plus bank holidays

Must Have’s
* At least 1 year of experience in estate agency
* Confident sales negotiator with excellent client management skills
* Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
* Good IT and administrative abilities
* Full driving licence and access to your own car
* A strong sense of professionalism and reliability
Nice to have’s
* A strong understanding of the Cheltenham property market

So what will you be doing?
* Supporting and guiding clients through the buying and selling process
* Managing your own portfolio of applicants and vendors
* Negotiating offers and progressing sales
* Delivering an exceptional standard of service to enhance our market reputation
* Working closely with your team to achieve shared targets and provide full coverage of the Cheltenham area
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth communication at all times
Helpful extras
* Full-time, permanent role based in Cheltenham
* Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm
* One in three Saturdays: 8.45am – 4.00pm (with a day off in lieu)
