Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Royston
Remuneration: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00)

Responsibilities:
Distribute incoming calls to the appropriate team member 📞
Accurately & promptly process orders using the order processing system
Provide warehouse with precise despatch notes to ensure timely packing and dispatching of goods
Book on orders with appropriate courier
Create pro-forma invoices when pre-payment is required
Generate Worldpay payment links for pre-payment
Update online orders with accurate status and notes
Maintain a routine follow-up of the online filing system
Handle order/delivery inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction is always a priority
Support the Sales team as needed
Gain an understanding of our products and services
Future Additional Responsibilities:
Take sales inquiries via telephone & email confidently
Formulate quotations across all product sets
Assist with stock management, including stock take and warehouse queries
Key Skills & Experience:
Background in construction industry preferred but not essential
Minimum 2 years of office administration experience, ideally within a Sales environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service 🌈
Experience with online ordering systems, including CRM management
Excellent communicator and team player 🤝
Ability to multi-task and show flexibility in a dynamic environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Confident in using various systems
Intermediate working experience with Microsoft 365
