Job Description
Synapri collaborates with a global consulting business for a new exciting and long-term SAP Business Analyst contract role to start in May 2025, for 2 years initially. The end client is a large company in the travel transportation industry and the candidate must have previous experience in both consultancy and transport/ travel sectors.
- SAP Business Analyst
- 24 months initially (+2 other 6 month extensions)
- Outside IR35 (rate DOE)
- 70% remote and 30% on site in Dublin, Ireland
Primary objectives:
- Gather requirements using interviews, document analysis workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis, etc.
- Analyse proposed new initiatives assigned by the PMO with production of cost benefit analysis documents.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into detals.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst (min 15-20 years) with a strong consultancy background.
- Transport industry knowledge.
- Ability to advise clients on improving business operations (including cost reduction efforts, simplification and automation).
- Eperience in requirements gathering and process design in EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) systems such as SAP, Infor, Oracle (mix of different technologies).
- BMPN process flow design in Visio or ARIS tools.
- Proficient in compiling and scoring of RFQs/ RFPs.
- Proficient with Business Process Modelling and Notation v2.0.
